Job description

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and currently looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to compliment our clientโ€™s team. If you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet productivity targets, we want to hear from you! This is an attractive pay of $20/hr!
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain the sorting machine.
  • Inspect and sort pallets into grades for forklift pick-up.
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sorting area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or leadership team.

Requirements:
  • Experience with operating machinery is preferred.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of PPE in an industrial setting.
  • Computation of basic math skills.

Working Conditions:
  • Exposure to dust and loud noise (hearing protection provided).
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move pallets and materials weighing up to 85 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Must have steel toed footwear in good repair.
