Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Job Summary
Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who enjoys building machines from the ground up? We’re seeking a Machine Builder / Assembler to join a Holland-based manufacturer specializing in building custom machinery. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the operation—assembling mechanical systems for waste water/clean water filtration, installing wiring and pneumatics, and helping bring one-of-a-kind machines to life.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Machine Builder / Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Machine Assembly: Assemble purchased components and custom machine subassemblies according to fabrication and assembly blueprints.
  • Piping & Tubing Installation: Build and install PVC and threaded piping, pneumatic tubing, and related systems to ensure proper machine function.
  • Electrical & Controls Work: Install machine wiring and build control panels to support safe and reliable operation.
In addition, you will also be expected to perform mechanical adjustments, assist with basic troubleshooting, collaborate with engineering and production teams, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
  • Experience assembling purchased components and machine subassemblies
  • Ability to install PVC and threaded piping systems
  • Experience installing machine wiring and pneumatic tubing
  • Ability to build and wire control panels
  • Ability to read and comprehend fabrication and assembly blueprints
  • Must be comfortable using hand and power tools
  • CAD skills preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
Skills:
  • Mechanical aptitude: Important for assembling, aligning, and adjusting custom machinery
  • Attention to detail: Ensures machines are built accurately and meet quality standards
  • Problem-solving skills: Helps resolve build or assembly challenges efficiently
Why Join Us?
This is an excellent opportunity for long-term to permanent employment. You’ll work on custom-built machines, not repetitive assembly-line work, in a clean and organized shop environment.
