We're more than a sign company—we help businesses grow through custom signs, vehicle graphics, printing, apparel, promotional products, engraving, and branding solutions. Every project is different, and every day brings a new challenge.


What You’ll Be Doing

As a Brand Builder – Fabrication Team, you’ll play a key role in bringing our vision to life. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure high-quality fabrication that reflects the SignPros brand. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Fabricate custom signs and displays
  • Prepare aluminum, acrylic, PVC, wood, ACM, and other materials
  • Apply and install vinyl graphics
  • Laminate printed graphics
  • Operate fabrication equipment and power tools
  • Package completed projects
  • Assist with sign installations
  • Perform quality inspections
  • Keep the production area clean and organized
  • Learn new equipment and fabrication techniques
  • Prepare and lay out artwork for production using Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Flexi.
  • Convert customer-supplied files into production-ready art; correct resolution, color, and scale issues.
  • Build proofs for customer approval and confirm final specs before production begins.
