Hiring Immediately for Entry Level Machine Operator jobs at Univance, no experience necessary. Weekly pay starting at $15.00-$15.75 per hour; we have openings on multiple shifts. Apply now and have the opportunity to schedule an immediate interview!

· No Experience Necessary

· This is a temp to hire position!

· 6+ months’ previous factory/manufacturing experience preferred

· Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred.

· Good communication skills both verbal and written

· Good math skills and reasoning ability

· Ability to stand for an entire shift and maneuver around the plant

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently

· Good hand strength with steady movement, good finger dexterity, repeatedly able to grasp small and large objects and rotate wrists, arms, and shoulders

· Ability to train others and work well in a team-oriented environment
Ability to adhere to a strict safety regimen and maintain a safety-conscious environment

· Maintain process flow for machining/assembling each part based on specific procedures and completing all daily production tracking reports accurately

· Perform quality check inspections by measuring (gauging) part diameters, depths, external and internal grooves, etc. as required for the work cell (machining or assembly)

· Demonstrate good understanding of all production-related documentation (e.g., PCC, Operation Sheets, SOS, FMEA, Key Point, Kan Ban, Flow Cards)

· Demonstrate good understanding of TPM by checking all fluid levels in the machines (e.g., oil, coolant, etc.), and participate in scheduled TPM activities

· Attend and successfully complete all operator training required for each Rank

· May participate in investigations and suggest countermeasures

· Train others when requested in areas where already achieved suitable Competency level

· Strive daily to meet Department and Company goals and objectives; improve (Kaizen) machine processes, support team leaders and members, and maintain a safe working environment for all

· Maintain strong attendance; knows and follows Company policies as directed by the Employee Handbook, the Safety Rules and Regulations, and the Quality Manual

· Other duties required of the job and requested by a member of Management Team


Pay Details: $15.00 to $15.75 per hour
