This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to US national security based export control requirements. All applicants must be US Citizens, or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Government. No company sponsorship will be offered.
This position contributes to our vision by:
• Set up and operation of computer numeric controlled (CNC) machining and inspection
• Deburring and inspection if in W&B facility
• Proper and efficient material handling to ensure product traceability to meet quality and scheduling demands
• Monitor equipment and record data to document the process
• Basic troubleshooting of equipment anomalies relating to operation, productivity, and quality
• Perform preventive maintenance as required to meet maintenance schedules
• Adhere to required housekeeping and safety requirements for the manufacturing areas
• Submit and support continuous improvement ideas in order to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost
• Follow all procedures administered by safety, quality, process engineering, and facilities engineering
• Train co-workers in proper equipment operations and maintenance procedures
• Other duties may be assigned.
