Adecco is seeking immediate candidates for Machine Operator positions at Univance in Winchester, KY. As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a safe workplace. Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and maintain machining and assembly equipment to ensure consistent process flow according to documented procedures.

· Accurately complete daily production and process tracking reports.

· Conduct quality inspections by measuring parts for diameters, depths, grooves, and other specifications.

· Understand and utilize production documentation such as PCC, Operation Sheets, SOS, FMEA, Key Points, Kan Ban, and Flow Cards.

· Perform routine TPM checks by monitoring fluid levels (oil, coolant, etc.) and participating in scheduled TPM activities.

· Attend and successfully complete all required operator training and certifications.

· Assist in investigations and recommend countermeasures for process improvements.

· Support team members by training others and suggesting process enhancements (Kaizen).

· Uphold a strong safety culture by adhering to safety regulations, policies, and maintaining a safe work environment.

· Demonstrate excellent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall manufacturing goals.

Qualifications:

· Entry-level position; no experience required, but 6+ months of factory or manufacturing experience preferred.

· Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Good math skills and reasoning ability.

· Physical ability to stand for entire shifts, maneuver around the plant, lift up to 40 lbs. frequently, and perform repetitive grasping and dexterity tasks.

· Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and train others when needed.
