Title: Client Systems Specialist
Location: Princeton, NJ - On-Site
Type: Contract (3 months)
Rate: $28 per hour
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School
Position Title: Client Systems Specialist (Tier 2 Support)
Responsibilities
  • Provides software and hardware troubleshooting and support to a variety of customers on campus.
  • Provides 2nd tier contact and problem resolution, and restores full device functionality for users with software, application and/or hardware problems.
  • Support is provided from two venues: in-office visits to departments and remote support.
  • Support is provided to endpoints running Window, Mac OS or a device OS (tablets or smartphones).
  • Repackage application installers for Windows devices
  • Windows 10 installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Assist with email/calendaring setups/troubleshooting
  • New machine setups
Qualifications
  • Strong Mac OS (Apple Genius background is a plus)
  • Windows OS support
  • Ability to configure iOS and Android mobile devices
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good Knowledge of M365 tools (Exchange email, O365 suite)
Nice to haves:
  • ServiceNow experience
