Silliman Group is the design and construction engine behind a fast-growing real estate organization, and we're expanding our in-house team. From large-scale rehabs to daily operations, our work keeps communities comfortable, compliant, and running efficiently.
We're looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with strong boiler and WSHP experience who takes pride in solving problems and delivering quality work.
What You'll Do
You'll play a critical role in keeping our properties operating at peak performance.
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and boiler systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance across:
    • Split systems (electric and gas)
    • Steam and high-pressure hot water boilers
    • Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHP)
    • Fan Coil Units (FCU)
  • Troubleshoot burners, flame safeguards, pumps, and control systems
  • Review and work within building automation systems
  • Complete service requests accurately and on time
  • Partner with property teams to resolve resident concerns quickly and effectively
  • Maintain inventory, tools, and detailed service records
  • Support on-call emergencies (weekends and after-hours required)
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of HVAC and boiler experience
  • HVAC Certification (Required)
  • Boiler + WSHP experience (Required)
  • Stationary Engineer license (Preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to read systems, controls, and technical documentation
  • Valid driver's license + vehicle (required)
  • Own basic tools and strong safety practices
