Job description

Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is a premier heavy/highway civil contractor working throughout Florida specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work. We are seeking MOT Foreman for the Fort Myers area. The MOT Foreman is responsible for the safe and proper setup of MOT.
Responsibilities:
  • Meet with project superintendent to discuss job.
  • Review MOT plan requirements.
  • Check job site for potential problems.
  • Oversee MOT setup and removal.
  • Continually check signs and routine maintenance of MOT setups.
  • Brief employees on safety and setup.
  • Coordinate activities between pavers, mill crew and stripers.
