Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking polished, hospitality-driven Fine Dining Servers to join our luxury food & beverage team across a diverse portfolio of elevated dining experiences.

Our outlets range from refined resort dining and lakefront venues to the exclusive, members-only Summit Rock Clubhouse, where guests enjoy sophisticated, multi-room dining overlooking the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Additional concepts include the upscale Yacht Club, featuring a curated wine program, high-end cuisine, and panoramic views of Lake LBJ. Cap Rock Cabana, located at the Apple Rock and Ram Rock courses, offers breakfast tacos, sandwiches, burgers, and drinks, all with scenic views of the golf course from its elevated promenade.

What You’ll Do

You will create exceptional, high-touch dining experiences through precision, product knowledge, and anticipatory service.

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Deliver refined, personalized service tailored to both resort guests and private club members
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless, unobtrusive dining experience
  • Guide guests through menu selections, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings
  • Build strong relationships with repeat guests and members, recognizing preferences and enhancing loyalty
  • Maintain a polished, professional presence reflective of a luxury hospitality environment

Wine & Beverage Expertise

  • Present and confidently recommend selections from curated wine lists across multiple dining outlets
  • Provide thoughtful wine and beverage pairings that enhance the overall guest experience
  • Execute professional wine service, including bottle presentation, opening, and proper pouring techniques
  • Maintain working knowledge of varietals, regions, and tasting profiles
  • Leverage beverage expertise to elevate the dining experience and contribute to higher check averages

Execution & Operational Precision

  • Execute formal dining standards, including course pacing, table maintenance, and presentation
  • Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards after service
  • Accurately enter and manage orders using POS systems
  • Maintain clean, organized stations and complete side work

Collaboration & Team Environment

  • Partner with culinary and bar teams to ensure timing, accuracy, and consistency
  • Support team service through table maintenance and overall dining flow
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings, menu tastings, and ongoing training

What You Bring

Experience & Expertise
