QualificationsKey Responsibilities: Travel 50%-60% required to feeder markets.

  • Business Development: Proactively prospect and secure new corporate accounts, group golf buddy trips, and multi-day corporate tournament bookings.
  • Client Relations: Conduct property site inspections, client presentations, and hosted familiarization tours for prospective corporate decision-makers.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee contract negotiation, pricing proposals, and cross-departmental coordination of tee sheets, food and beverage, and lodging.
  • Operations Collaboration: Partner with Golf Operations, Revenue Management, and Event Services to ensure seamless program execution.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of proactive hospitality sales experience, preferably focusing on golf, corporate group travel, or resort events.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with golf tournament formats, tee sheet management, and luxury resort operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM and property management software (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce, or tee sheet applications).
