Overview

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. is seeking motivated students to join us as a Work-Study student at our Las Vegas, NV Service Center.  As part of the Technical Support team, you will deliver technical assistance to a diverse customer base while gaining hands-on experience supporting retail end users and residential clients, helping them maximize the benefits of Lutron’s innovative lighting and shading solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expert guidance on product selection, compatibility, installation, and usage—delivering a seamless, end-to-end support experience.
  • Deliver first-level technical support via phone or email, troubleshooting issues across lighting control systems, smart devices, and network-connected solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems using strong analytical and problem-solving skills, while escalating advanced issues when necessary.
  • Build strong customer relationships through clear, confident communication, offering calm and reliable support to installers, contractors, and end users.

Qualifications
