What You Will Do

As a Home Theater Installer Lead, you will be responsible for the professional installation of custom home theaters and whole home or business systems.

What We are Looking For
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Valid Texas DL required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to use hand tools such as hammer, drills, electric screw drivers, etc.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the following (minimum 3-5 yrs):
    • Structured pre-wire for whole home audio/video distribution, satellite, keypad/touch panels, camera systems (CCTV)in new and retro fit construction
    • Networking with Araknis, EERO, Access Networks, Ubiquity
    • Rack design and cable dressing
    • LCD/LED/OLED TV installation, mounting, wiring, TV lifts
    • Projector/Screen installation and calibration
    • In-ceiling/in-wall speaker installation
    • Experience with Creston Home, URC (complete and total control) Lutron lighting, shades, drapery, smart film, AVA remotes, Somfy motors
    • Experience with security systems or Security license a PLUS
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs (or more with assistance)
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes and troubleshoot issues
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated
  • Availability to work Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm (some Saturdays may be required)
