$18.00-$19.16/hour | PRN | 1st or 2nd Shift
The Lutheran Home
The Lutheran Home is hiring a PRN Environmental Services Tech II to support our community across multiple service areas. This role is designed for candidates with a higher skill level who can provide flexible support wherever operational needs exist. Team members in this position will be cross-trained across departments and service areas within Lutheran Home, allowing them to step in where needed and make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout Lutheran Home's service areas and resident care environments
  • Clean resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces
  • Support a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members
  • Assist with floor care and general housekeeping duties as assigned
  • Follow cleaning and infection control protocols to uphold community standards
  • Provide coverage and support across departments based on operational needs
  • Contribute to the comfort, dignity, and well-being of residents through quality environmental services
Schedule: PRN
  • 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:00pm
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm
  • Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on community needs
Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience required
  • Floor care machine experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to support different departments and service areas
