Nurture Care and Revitalize is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using a range of therapeutic techniques including exercise, manual therapy, and cutting-edge modalities to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
  • Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to maximize recovery outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, discussing treatment goals and patient responses during team meetings.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic practices and goals, equipping them with knowledge and skills to aid in their recovery process.
  • Maintain professional integrity by pursuing continuous education opportunities to stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus
