Your role will be onsite at our fully equipped rehabilitation center in Carteret, New Jersey. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and assistive devices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring that therapeutic goals remain relevant and attainable.
• Educate patients and caregivers about the treatment process, pain management strategies, and the use of assistive devices for daily activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address comprehensive patient care needs, including providing input on patient progress during team meetings.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and best practices through continuous education and professional development opportunities.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required for this position.
• A valid physical therapy license in the State of New Jersey is necessary to practice.

• Computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
• Ability to remain flexible and agile, adapting treatment approaches as patient needs evolve.
