Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Nurture Care and Revitalize Physical Therapy in Chantilly, Virginia. This role involves working directly with patients to assess their physical needs, develop customized treatment plans, and ultimately guide them towards improved mobility and quality of life. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, determining their specific rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, utilizing a range of techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to enhance recovery.
  • Document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes meticulously in our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care and measurable progress toward defined therapeutic goals.
  • Provide education and training for patients, their families, and caregivers on appropriate therapeutic techniques and the use of any assistive devices required for improved function.
  • Continually assess patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, addressing changing needs and setting new therapeutic goals to maximize patient recovery.
  • Stay informed of the latest physical therapy evidence and practices by attending workshops, engaging in peer discussions, and participating in professional organizations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
