The successful candidate will work in our outpatient office, providing hands-on therapy and rehabilitation services in a warm and inviting space equipped with modern therapy tools. This onsite role facilitates real-time interaction with patients and their families, enabling a more personal approach to rehabilitation. The team works Monday to Friday, and we encourage work-life balance, allowing flexibility in scheduling hours to meet both personal and patient needs.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, determining their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, utilizing a range of techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes meticulously in our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care and measurable progress toward defined therapeutic goals.
• Provide education and training for patients, their families, and caregivers on appropriate therapeutic techniques and the use of any assistive devices required for improved function.
• Continually assess patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, addressing changing needs and setting new therapeutic goals to maximize patient recovery.
• Stay informed of the latest physical therapy evidence and practices by attending workshops, engaging in peer discussions, and participating in professional organizations.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective patient interactions and documentation.
• Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to navigate electronic record systems.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the unique demands of our patients and individual treatment sessions.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, though new graduates passionate about patient care will also be considered.
• Hands-on experience with various physical therapy techniques and modalities is highly advantageous.
