This position is primarily onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility located in Fairfax, Virginia. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, creating tailored treatment plans to address individual needs.
  • Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and equipment, aimed at reducing pain and enhancing patients' range of motion.
  • Document patient assessments, treatment schedules, and progress using our EMR software, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Regularly reassess therapeutic goals and modify treatment plans as appropriate based on patient feedback and progress.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on the use of assistive devices and rehabilitation techniques to foster safe practices at home.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and seminars, to maintain licensure and stay abreast of the latest therapies and methodologies in physical therapy.
  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care and successful outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at Nurture Care and Revitalize, you will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adults, and seniors, each with unique diagnoses and recovery needs. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required; however, candidates with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) are preferred.
