The position is based onsite in our outpatient office located in Chantilly, Virginia. Working in a vibrant and supportive atmosphere, our therapists collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes. Our outpatient facility is equipped with the latest physical therapy equipment and technology, providing a conducive environment for both therapists and patients.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions upon their arrival at our outpatient office.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using a range of therapeutic techniques including exercise, manual therapy, and cutting-edge modalities to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, discussing treatment goals and patient responses during team meetings.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic practices and goals, equipping them with knowledge and skills to aid in their recovery process.
• Maintain professional integrity by pursuing continuous education opportunities to stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices.

Nurture Care and Revitalize serves a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and elderly individuals, each with distinct rehabilitation needs. Our therapists are trained to handle a wide range of diagnoses, from sports injuries to post-surgical recovery, ensuring that assessment and treatment approaches are customized for each patient.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Virginia.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and fellow team members.
• Basic computer proficiency, including word processing and patient management software systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate patient documentation and care management.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a licensed Physical Therapist is preferred.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings is highly valued, providing insights into effective treatment modalities and patient engagement.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare team is advantageous for facilitating cohesive treatment plans.
