Position Overview

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are the face and voice of the centerplaying a vital role in shaping each patients experience from their first interaction through their care journey.

This role blends patient engagement, education, and operational excellence, requiring someone who is both highly organized and deeply compassionate. You will help patients feel confident in their decision to pursue care while ensuring the center runs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every patient
  • Build meaningful rapport with patients, fostering trust and confidence in their care journey
  • Educate prospective and current patients on laser therapy, treatment expectations, and benefits
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications, including multi-line phone systems,textandemail follow-up
  • Coordinate andoptimizepatient scheduling to support clinic flow andlaser technicianproductivity
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
  • Process patient payments and support daily financial reconciliation processes
  • Assistwith patient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Support operational workflows that contribute to overall centerefficiency and growth

Qualifications

  • 1-3yearsof experience in a customer-facing, patient-facing, or client service role
  • Basic understanding of healthcare workflows
  • Experience with EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience managing high-volume interactions whilemaintainingcomposure, attention to detail, and service excellence
  • Experience handling payments, point-of-sale systems, or financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Strong communicationskills, including clear, confident phone presence and professional written communication
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support overall operations and contribute to a cohesive, service-driven culture
