As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and scheduling caregivers and clients, ensuring seamless delivery of our comprehensive senior care solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling Coordination: Optimize client and caregiver schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficient service delivery.
Caregiver Matching: Assign caregivers to clients based on skills, experience, and compatibility to support high-quality care.
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination and communication across services.
Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to urgent needs, scheduling gaps, and caregiver call-outs to maintain continuity of care.
Recruitment & Staffing: Support hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training of caregivers.
Performance & Quality Assurance: Monitor staff performance and uphold high standards of client care.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate records and document schedules, incidents, and service updates.
Communication & Team Support: Communicate effectively with staff and clients while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
Client Care & On-Call Support: Ensure client satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and provide on-call support as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare, or a related field.
2-3 years' experience in an office setting, preferably in the Home Care Industry.
Certified Nursing Assistant license or willingness to obtain one.
Willingness to undergo background checks and drug tests.
Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and other commonly used software.
Excellent communication skills and people skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload efficiently.
Good internet skills, including use of e-mail programs and group messaging.
