Houston, Texas | Full Time | $50,000 - $55,000 Annually

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and scheduling caregivers and clients, ensuring seamless delivery of our comprehensive senior care solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Coordination: Optimize client and caregiver schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficient service delivery.

  • Caregiver Matching: Assign caregivers to clients based on skills, experience, and compatibility to support high-quality care.

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination and communication across services.

  • Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to urgent needs, scheduling gaps, and caregiver call-outs to maintain continuity of care.

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Support hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training of caregivers.
