Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary, $110,000 to $120,000 annually/pay per visit equivalent

What You'll Do

  • Deliver skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and home exercises

  • Complete evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and accurate manner

  • Support care transitions and discharge planning

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in Washington State (or able to obtain before start date)

  • One to two years of experience in physical therapy; home health experience preferred

  • Current CPR certification

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
