Job description

As an Data Analyst with R2 Logistics, your industry knowledge directly impacts the company's continued growth and success. This position supports R2's TL and LTL procurement team and reports directly to the LTL Procurement Manager. The Data Analyst is responsible for helping to achieve corporate expectations by translating data into valuable strategic and tactical insights.
Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify, define, and prioritize analytics opportunities.
  • Create dashboards, key performance indicators, and other data driven solutions.
  • Develop business knowledge to effectively anticipate and define opportunities for data analytics.
  • Identify trends and patterns, and present the findings in an organized manner.
  • Establish and monitor KPI's for implementing strategic goals and decision making.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
  • 1 - 3 years of transportation experience (3pl preferred)
  • 1 - 2 years in a Data Analytics role
  • Proficient in Power BI and Tableau
  • Prior experience with project management and procurement
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
