Job description

About the Role
We are looking for an analytical, adaptable, and hands-on Supply Chain Analyst to oversee our stock replenishment, purchase order finalization, and inventory accuracy. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data analysis and physical operations-spending most of your time building and reviewing orders (Truckload, LTL, and sea containers) while remaining ready to roll up your sleeves in the warehouse when needed.
Starting Pay: $20/hr
Key Responsibilities
  • Order & Replenishment Planning (Bulk of Time): Review, analyze, and finalize purchase orders for inbound freight across domestic Truckload (TL), Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), and ocean import containers.
  • Stock & Demand Analysis: Monitor inventory levels, safety stock thresholds, lead times, and sales trends to prevent stockouts and overstock.
  • Physical Inventory & Auditing: Perform periodic physical inventory checks, cycle counts, and audits in the warehouse-including manually moving product or pallets as necessary to verify stock.
  • Cross-Functional Operations: Handle a variety of ad-hoc supply chain, warehouse, and operational tasks as business needs shift day to day.
  • Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate shipment timelines, container booking updates, and delivery schedules with suppliers and freight carriers.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excel Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills (e.g., INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, data filtering, and conditional logic).
  • Inventory Knowledge: Intermediate understanding of stock replenishment principles, safety stock calculation, lead-time management, and order sizing (container/truckload optimization).
  • Physical Ability & Attitude: Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting/moving product when conducting physical checks.
  • Adaptability: High comfort level with shifting priorities and handling diverse daily tasks in a dynamic environment.
