The LTL Dispatch role is critical in ensuring the efficient coordination and management of less-than-truckload freight shipments across the United States. This position involves overseeing the scheduling, routing, and communication between drivers, customers, and carriers to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing load assignments, resolving logistical challenges, and maintaining high service standards. By managing multiple shipments simultaneously, the dispatcher helps to maximize fleet utilization and minimize delays. Ultimately, this role contributes directly to customer satisfaction and the overall operational success of the transportation company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in freight dispatching, preferably in LTL or trucking operations.
