Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Analyst, North America Transportation Operations team, located in New Brunswick, NJ.

The Analyst on the North America Transportation Operations team is responsible for supporting the flawless operational execution of North America transportation lanes managed door-to-door. This position supports day-to-day transportation operations, issue management, logistics coordination, and collaboration with freight forwarders, shipping sites, and supply planning teams to ensure reliable product flow and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Support door-to-door operational management for Johnson & Johnson North America transportation lanes to ensure consistent product availability and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate transportation activities, track and trace shipments, and support exception management for assigned transportation lanes.

Investigate operational issues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely resolution.

Monitor shipment performance and communicate transportation updates, risks, and delays to relevant stakeholders.

Support process improvement initiatives using continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence and efficiency.

Analyze operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review.

Participate in vendor performance reviews and support daily interactions with logistics service providers.

Support product launches, customer service initiatives, and transportation-related projects.

Assist sourcing and transportation teams during transportation bids, lane implementations, and service transitions.

Partner with distribution centers and manufacturing facilities to coordinate freight movement across inter-regional transportation lanes.

Collaborate with Deliver Quality and transportation partners to ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory requirements.

Serve as a point of contact for transportation-related inquiries involving shipment status, documentation issues, delays, and service disruptions.

Perform operational analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Support event management activities and transportation issue resolution as required.

QualificationsEducation

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience and Skills

Required:

1 to 3 years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and across diverse cultures.

Demonstrated commitment to Johnson & Johnson Credo values and business integrity.

Preferred:

Experience or internship in Planning, Distribution, Manufacturing, Transportation, Logistics, Customer Service, or Supply Chain Operations.

Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, FPX, or Six Sigma.

Basic knowledge of project management concepts and tools.

Familiarity with transportation analytics, reporting tools, Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.

Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS) or logistics platforms.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
