illumifin is a leading provider of business process outsourcing for the insurance industry, managing policies for the nation's largest insurers. We also provide clients with unique risk management insight built upon our proprietary databases.

Account Management professionals are responsible for providing organized, efficient, and profitable implementation of new business or process improvements for existing business. This role will include working directly with clients to develop and maintain long term relationships, while focusing on growth and expansion of services. This position will focus on some key technical projects but also require working closely with the Accounting and Operations departments for New Business, In Force Administration and Claims Services.

1. Acts as the primary point of contact and proactively manages assigned clients in order to promote positive long-term client relationships.
2. Executes the implementation of new clients.
3. Manages daily, weekly and/or monthly reports required by clients including the coordination, development and facilitation of reports required by the clients.
4. Works with internal departments to develop and maintain business requirements for new or existing clients.
5. Coordinates and prepares pricing and contract updates as well as the development and management of projects or department timelines as needed.
6. Works with client(s) in budget development, strategic and tactical planning and goal setting.
7. Communicate effectively with senior leaders and staff. Ability to present information is succinct and understandable format.
8. Works closely with internal departments to develop joint efforts to ensure communication and execution of all account and business initiatives are performed.
9. Prepares documents as a part of establishing Service agreements with clients and potential clients including investigating and resolving issues within the respective accounts and serving as point for interface with identified client groups.
10. Identifies opportunities to expand the business with existing clients through introducing new products and services.
11. Handles client inquiries, resolves issues and ensures a timely response to concerns.
12. Monitors key account metrics, analyzes client data and identifies areas for improvement.
13. Oversees the delivery of project estimates to clients ensuring timely delivery and follow up.
14. Provides input and support on client budget targets in order to meet company goals.
15. Other duties as assigned.
16. New account and business implementation including:
1. Communicates with clients and internal departments to help facilitate a smooth implementation.
2. Works closely with internal departments to develop joint efforts to ensure communication and execution of all account and business initiatives.
17. Account management
1. Directs and proactively manages an assigned client base in order to promote positive, long-term client relationships.
2. Supports and executes the installation of new clients.
3. Conducts regular meetings to communicate business updates with both internal and external customers.
4. Responsible for the coordination, development, and facilitation of daily, weekly and/or monthly reports required by clients.
18. Works directly with new or existing clients to develop and maintain business requirements.
19. Manages project and department timelines.
20. Create and deliver presentations to current and potential clients.
21. Stay informed on all aspects of the operation related to assigned client(s)
22. Maintain strong relationships with the operations managers and departments including senior management.
23. Acts as client advocate as well as supporter of what is in the best interest of the enterprise.
