$14-$18/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new employee paperwork and new employee and subcontractor orientations.
  • Enter weekly employee work hours into companies HR/payroll system.
  • Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls.  Take and relay messages both on the phone and in person.
  • Typical paperwork and filing related to the job.
  • Receive and sort mail.
  • Respond to e-mails.
  • Other duties assigned primarily by Jobsite Superintendent.

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional personal presentation.
  • Customer-service minded.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Typing skills (must be able to work on PC's, Word, Excel).
  • Past secretarial experience a must.
  • Must wear required personal protective (PPE) and safety equipment.
  • Must abide by ALL of the company's safety rules and work with supervision on performing all tasks in the safest manner.
  • Pre-employment, post-offer drug screen and physical required.
