Position Overview:

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Journeyman LRT , whose primary focus is completing the rooftop & ground mounted solar installations for residential & commercial applications. You will work alongside an experienced licensed Electrician and have at least two other installers as part of your team. You will apply your skills Solar construction to your position daily. Green Ridge is looking for motivated hard working individuals who take pride in their work and can provide an excellent customer experience. A well-rounded Installer who can apply their skills in all environments is the best fit for our company.


Journeyman LRT (Roof Lead):

Responsibilities Include but not limited to..

· Proper Installation of all solar related racking components on both roof mounted and ground mounted applications.

· Complete understanding of Solar Array layouts & string sizing

· Flashing and roof penetration.

· Installation or anchor points and execution of proper safety measures related to working on rooftops

· Maintain the standards set by GRS for professional, detailed installations that adhere to and follow all necessary code requirements.

· Take responsibility for the accuracy of installations and daily tasks set by field Crew Lead

· Develop intimate knowledge of the materials and processes used in the installation of solar equipment.

· Responsible for understanding full solar system operation and how it relates to the installation process

· Perform all work in a neat and clean manor, with attention to detail and proper solar function in mind.

· Understand and adhere to all Code related requirements

Requirements:


· Active Oregon Journeyman LRT License, Or 3 Years of installation experience

· Valid Oregon driver’s license

· Comfortable working on roofs and using ladders

· Phenomenal work ethic with stamina for a physically demanding job

· Work well in a team environment
