Job description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 7a/3p, 3p/11p full and part time is available and is responsible for delivering care to residents/patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with residents/patients, family members, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Valid Florida Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN License, required

· Valid BLS certification, required

· One year of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, preferred as Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN
