Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team at Waynesburg Nursing and Rehab, a 111-bed skilled nursing facility in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents, working closely with our experienced roster of staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to the nursing staff, and document patient information accurately
