Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Private Duty Caregiver

24 hours per week - Flexible Schedule
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

$2,000 Sign On Bonus
12-hour day shifts
Ideal candidates:

  • 2 years of in-home health care experience
  • Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
  • Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN in the state(s) of practice
  • Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test
  • Valid Driver's License

Other Requirements:

Maintain current state licensure. Maintain current liability and malpractice insurance, if applicable.

Education/Training

  • Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse license to practice professional nursing in each state where patient care is supervised, current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.

Licensure/Certification

  • Valid Driverโ€™s License
  • Valid and current CPR Certification
  • Valid and current License Practical Nurse license in the state of practice
