Job description

) Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Warsaw, IN.
The primary purpose of the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors. Our nurses are United by Compassion and Led by Purpose, and we are looking for professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents.
Shifts Available:
  • Full Time Eve/Night Shift (8 or 12 hours)
  • Full Time 6a-6p/6p-6a Weekends

Pay Range: Up to $37.50/hour PLUS nights and weekend shift diff
LPN Responsibilities
  • Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors.
  • Provide basic medical care including changing bandages, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens.
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care and treatments provided.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of resident care.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to resident-centered care.
