Job description

Overnight LPN – The Brook at High Falls

The Brook at High Falls Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Overnight LPN to join our team! If you are passionate about resident care and enjoy working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality nursing care to residents during overnight shifts

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Supervise and support CNAs during daily care activities

  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately

  • Maintain accurate documentation and nursing reports

  • Work closely with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent care

Qualifications:
  • Current, active NYS LPN license in good standing

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused attitude

  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
