Adult Day Health Center LPN Director

 Job Summary

The Adult Day Health Center LPN Director position has the responsibility to manage the Adult Day Health Center (ADH) facility.  This position’s responsibility also includes respite supervisory visits, in-home and personal care home medication set up and administration, in-home supervisory visits, in-home skilled nurse visits and transportation documentation.

Essential Job Duties

  • Assist clients with ADL personal care as needed

  • Assist in serving snacks as needed

  • Maintain cleanliness of facility

  • Interview and hire job applicants

  • Counsel and/or terminate employees as needed

  • Generate monthly schedules for employees
