Full-Time Remote LPC Counselor | Virginia Licensed Therapist Opportunity

Job Summary

This remote Licensed Professional Counselor role is for a clinician who wants to provide practical, high-quality therapy to clients without the commute. As an LPC, you will meet with clients virtually, assess their needs, provide counseling, and document care in a timely and professional manner.

Your day-to-day work will include helping clients sort through difficult emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, manage symptoms, and stay engaged in their treatment goals. This is a full-time telehealth position with a clear schedule, steady pay, and full benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients for scheduled telehealth counseling appointments

  • Help clients build coping skills for stress, anxiety, mood concerns, grief, conflict, and major life adjustments
  • Recognize safety concerns and follow proper clinical protocols when risk is identified

  • Protect client privacy during all virtual services and communications
  • Stay organized with caseload management, follow-ups, and required records
  • Use appropriate counseling techniques within your scope of practice as an LPC

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC license in Virginia
