What You'll Do

As an LPC-Associate, you'll provide therapy services to a diverse client base under the supervision of an LPC-S. You will engage clients in individual, group, and/or family therapy, helping them address issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal challenges.


Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans.

  • Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or seniors.

  • Document all services in the EHR system accurately and promptly.

  • Participate in clinical supervision with an LPC-S to support licensure progress.

  • Attend peer consultation meetings and agency trainings.

  • Collaborate with other providers, case managers, and community resources.

  • Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality standards under HIPAA and state law.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program.

  • Current LPC-Associate license issued by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors.

  • Strong interest in clinical growth, trauma-informed care, and holistic approaches.

  • Solid communication, organization, and time management skills.

  • Comfortable using or learning Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
