Responsibilities and Duties include

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings
  • Complete all training requirements

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences
  • Have clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD)
  • Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Effective written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of typical office technology, Apple products, and Electronic Health Record systems

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) with a valid state of Connecticut License
  • Specialized experience in neurodivergent-affirming care, identity/gender-affirming care, trauma-informed care, and eating disorders.
  • Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
  • Credentialed with insurance panels
  • Experience working with children, adolescents and teens
