• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, formulating effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that promote healing and personal growth.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and closely monitor their progress toward achieving them, adjusting strategies as necessary.

As an LMFT at Positive Life Therapy, you will work primarily with individuals and families facing various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. Our client population spans diverse backgrounds, and your role will be to provide a safe and nurturing environment where they can process their experiences and embark on a healing journey.

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to understanding clients' unique struggles.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy protocols.
• Background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or trauma-informed care is a plus.
