• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients through empathy and active listening.
• Diagnose a variety of mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
• Lead therapeutic sessions with individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and growth.
• Periodically review and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient progress, effectively documenting and communicating findings with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, including referring clients to additional specialists as needed.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population that includes individuals struggling with mental health issues, families facing challenges related to dynamics and communication, and couples seeking to strengthen their relationships. Our patients may also include those dealing with addiction and co-occurring disorders. Your skills will be pivotal in guiding them toward healthier emotional states and improved relationship dynamics.

• A valid and active LMFT license.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training or demonstrable experience in addiction counseling.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specific to substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Strong therapeutic skills with a proven ability to motivate clients towards achieving their mental health goals.
• Excellent communication capabilities and team collaboration skills to work effectively within a remote setting.
