• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements while protecting client confidentiality.
• Actively participate in professional development activities to stay current with the latest research and practices in mental health, which may include attending workshops or relevant training sessions.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse client population seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
