Work Environment

The position is fully remote, enabling you to provide care from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our telehealth model not only promotes flexibility but also ensures that you can reach clients who may have difficulty accessing in-person therapy due to geographic, financial, or other barriers. We provide the necessary software and technical support to facilitate effective virtual sessions and collaboration with fellow professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, among others.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, addressing diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic medical record (EMR) software.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care, including regular case consultations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current with the latest research and methodologies in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your work will be with clients facing mental health challenges across various demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults. Many of our clients are from underrepresented backgrounds who have had limited access to mental health resources. Your expertise will be critical in helping them navigate their emotional and psychological difficulties while providing a safe space for growth and healing.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license within the state of Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, with proven success in managing a diverse caseload.
  • Strong understanding of mental health diagnostics, therapeutic frameworks, and legal/ethical guidelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse client population and collaborate effectively with team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience or specialization in family therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and technology for telehealth services to streamline client interactions and documentation processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to create personalized treatment plans while being culturally sensitive to clients' unique backgrounds and experiences.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, adjusted based on professional experience and caseload.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with malpractice insurance coverage.
