This role is fully remote, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients through secure telehealth platforms. • Conduct virtual individual therapy sessions that address a wide spectrum of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma reactions, and executive functioning challenges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of clients’ progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and personal goals, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are effective and relevant.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive treatment that addresses all aspects of client well-being.
• Manage a high caseload effectively, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities when necessary to ensure quality service delivery.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in counseling practice.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults, particularly in a telehealth setting.
• A well-developed understanding of trauma-informed care principles and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form meaningful connections with clients remotely.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, based on experience and caseload management.
