POSITION PURPOSE:

If you are a Clinical Social Work Associate who is passionate about making a positive impact in your community, this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

At Aviva Health, you’ll be valued as a vital member of a collaborative and compassionate care team. You will have the opportunity to serve individuals and families across diverse backgrounds — including those who are underserved — while working in an environment that supports professional growth, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.

We are seeking licensed clinicians who are confident in their clinical skills, committed to evidence-based practice, and ready to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on improving the health and well-being of our community.

DESCRIPTION:

The Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist will be a core member of the Outpatient Behavioral Health (OBH) team. The licensed clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.

You’ll work in an outpatient, clinic-based environment — with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts — allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate degree (master's or doctorate) from an accredited social work program; a program at an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accrediting agency approved by the Board; or a foreign program that has been evaluated by a credentialing body recognized by the Board.
  • Current and active
Oregon licensure as a CSWA (required by first day of employment)
  • Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care

Accepted Licenses:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and (CSWA)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and (PCA)

  • Psychologist

  • Incentive Pay: Earn up to an additional $10,000 per year
  • Amazing Health Benefits featuring employer-covered deductibles
  • Employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for You and Your Family
  • $2,500 annually for Continuing Education (CE) + 40 hours Paid CE Time-Off to use to attend trainings
