This position is entirely remote, utilizing our telehealth facility to reach clients in the comfort of their homes. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs, utilizing comprehensive intake forms and interviewing techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique situation, ensuring that approaches align with their specific goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Engage in regular supervision and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, discussing cases and sharing insights for best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, while utilizing our digital records system to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering a space for clients to share and learn from each other's experiences in a supportive environment.

The LPC will primarily work with individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many clients may experience barriers to traditional counseling services, making our telehealth approach crucial for improving access to care. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical counseling setting, demonstrating successfully the ability to handle a diverse range of mental health issues.
• Strong communication skills and a deep commitment to client welfare and ethical standards in counseling practices.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques will be advantageous.

• Competitive annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
