This role allows you the flexibility of working from home as part of a fully remote community health clinic. You will engage with a diverse client base, utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct counseling sessions. • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of your clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand each client's background, challenges, and goals, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and psychoeducational sessions, equipping clients and their families with tools to navigate mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to ensure the coordinated care of your clients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality.
• Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and evidence-based practices in mental health to provide innovative care.
• Engage in regular professional development and supervision sessions to enhance your skills and improve service quality.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field is required for this role.
• Possession of an active and independent LPC license from the state licensing board.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and treatment modalities effectively.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in clinical decision-making based on your professional expertise.

• Flexibility to adapt your therapeutic approaches to best serve the evolving needs of clients.

• History of providing counseling to individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly within veteran communities.
• Experience employing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), prolonged exposure therapy (PE), or other evidence-based practices.
• Prior experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting is preferred for holistic patient care.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
