Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations.
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to gauge clients' mental health status and guide treatment direction.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive care that addresses all facets of clients' wellbeing.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring they remain aligned with goals and changing needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
