This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your workspace while still promoting strong interpersonal connections through virtual counseling. • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients to accurately identify their needs, subsequently crafting personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions.
• Provide psychoeducation and crisis intervention strategies for clients and their families, enabling them to navigate challenges effectively.
• Collaborate routinely with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care, ensuring all aspects of their wellbeing are considered.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, compliance with ethical guidelines, and legal standards, to uphold the integrity and accountability of our practice.
• Engage in continuous learning by staying current with research, trends, and evidence-based practices in mental health counseling.
• Participate actively in regular supervision, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to refine skills and expand clinical knowledge.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from varying socioeconomic backgrounds, age groups, and cultures. You will be working with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, which may affect their daily lives, relationships, and overall wellbeing. Your approach will bring compassion and understanding to help clients navigate their unique challenges and promote their mental health recovery journey.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health or counseling-related field is required.
• Must hold an independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) License as recognized by the state board.
• Demonstrated skill in maintaining accurate clinical documentation and exceptional report preparation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team and contribute to a culture of unified support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on empathetic and clear expression.
• Sound clinical judgment and the capacity to make informed decisions based on professional expertise.

• Prior experience in providing mental health counseling services, particularly via telehealth platforms.
• Experience working with multicultural populations and an understanding of how cultural factors influence mental health.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (EHR) to manage client documentation and scheduling.
