Kid Serenity Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the psychological and emotional needs of your clients.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors, case managers, family members, and other stakeholders to share insights regarding client progress.
• Develop and present a structured schedule that outlines your appointments, home visits, and other activities pertinent to case management.
• Organize and execute necessary home visits to ensure compliance with treatment protocols and guidelines.
• Oversee the effective implementation of treatment plans while continuously adapting them based on patient feedback and progress.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of best practices within our organization.
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes as part of ongoing treatment evaluation processes.
• Coordinate and lead training sessions for staff to ensure everyone is knowledgeable about program protocols and documentation standards.
• Provide continuous follow-up support through interviews and home visits, adapting strategies as clients’ needs evolve.
• Act as a liaison with the wider mental health community to assist in achieving developmental goals and improving service delivery.
• Develop and refine training materials aimed at enhancing treatment programs for clients.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who face various mental health challenges. Your client base may include individuals struggling with trauma, substance misuse, and relational difficulties. Through personalized care and evidence-based treatments, you will help facilitate significant improvements in their mental health and overall well-being.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology or a related field is mandatory.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona is required.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is essential.

• Specialization or advanced training in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical standards within the mental health field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building across diverse clientele.
• Established capability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related digital platforms.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
