What You'll Be Doing:
Here at BridgePoint the Registered Nurse RN provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. The Registered Nurse RN develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. The Registered Nurse RN communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate and participates in the discharge planning process.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing program.
Licenses/Certification: Current RN - Registered Nurse license from the District of Columbia. BLS & ACLS Required.
Experience: Minimum one (1) year's recent nursing experience in a healthcare preferred. Ventilator, Telemetry, and/or ICU experience is preferred.
