Job Summary
We are hiring a Concierge Attendant to support our 14th-floor Concierge Lounge. This role focuses on maintaining the lounge experience for our concierge-level guests by setting up food offerings, keeping the space clean and organized, and assisting guests with requests and local recommendations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, light food service, and maintaining a polished, welcoming environment.
What You'll Do
  • Set up, refresh, and break down food offerings in the Concierge Lounge
  • Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout service hours
  • Keep the lounge clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
  • Greet and assist concierge-level guests in a friendly, professional manner
  • Provide dining, transportation, and local area recommendations
  • Assist with guest requests and special needs
  • Communicate guest needs to appropriate hotel departments
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
