Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by assisting with the final steps of the vehicle purchase process.
  • Demonstrate and explain all vehicle technology and features, including infotainment systems, driver-assistance features, smartphone connectivity, and other available technologies.
  • Ensure customers are comfortable operating their new vehicle and answer any questions before delivery.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery by verifying they are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready.
  • Perform a final quality check to ensure every vehicle meets dealership standards before the customer takes possession.
  • Support the Sales Consultants throughout the delivery process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership with exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
  • Passion for technology and learning new automotive features.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
