Job description

Long-Lewis of Hoover is looking for a Quick Lane technician to join our growing team! The earning potential is based on Flat Rate Hours turnedโ€”giving you significant opportunities for financial growth. Technicians are responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and light repair services in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing oil changes, tire rotations and replacements, brake services, battery tests, and general vehicle maintenance.

  • Inspecting vehicles and preparing detailed Vehicle Check-Up Reports.

  • Servicing all makes and models, including diesel vehicles (a plus).

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

  • Providing exceptional service that meets Long-Lewis quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Prior experience or training in automotive repair and maintenance is required.

  • Must provide their own tools.
  • Valid, unrestricted driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record.
