Position Summary
The Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and dispatch operations. This role leads and develops warehouse personnel to ensure operations are safe, efficient, and aligned with company service and cost objectives. The Hub Manager is accountable for driving continuous improvement, enforcing safety and compliance standards, managing labor planning and operating expenses, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, returns, inventory, shipping, and dispatch operations.
  • Lead, train, coach, and supervise warehouse and driving staff
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment performance
  • Enforce safety, compliance, and company policies
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Control labor costs and operational expenses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Transportation, Sales, Purchasing, Safety, HR) to meet service goals.
  • Support implementation of process improvements, systems enhancements, and operational projects.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of warehouse or distribution center experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Proven ability to manage labor, productivity, and performance metrics
  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Proven proficiency with warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers (training/certification required)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse systems (MAM WMS or similar) and spreadsheet proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and work in warehouse conditions

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or Business
  • Experience in high-volume distribution, e-commerce, or 3PL environments
  • Experience managing automated or mechanized warehouse systems
